•        Specific jurisdiction rules, where applicable (e.g. Dubai Courts, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and Rental Disputes Settlement Centre (RDSC)).

RH & HALE is fully compliant with the KYC and CDD compliance procedures as per the UAE Federal Decree by Law No. (10) of 2025 concerning Anti-Money Laundering, and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing. If a prospective client does not provide verified corporate records, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information or valid identification (e.g. an Emirates ID or passport) we may refuse to provide legal services or consultations.
